Thank you for shopping with Onli Supplements. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when you will receive your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently offer standard shipping throughout the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. If you're shipping to a P.O. box, please choose standard shipping at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Onli Supplements is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we’re happy to help you file a claim if needed—just email us at support@onlisupplements.com.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
