Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@onlisupplements.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@onlisupplements.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Shipping Your Return
